Southwest Showcase drives traffic to exhibit hall with SCANVenger Hunt gamification platform
The attendees of the Southwest Showcase in Austin, Texas got a chance to experience the SCANVenger Hunt™ during the one day event.
The event, which had over 300 attendees, was enhanced with gamification that drove measurable results. The sponsors of the Southwest Showcase received over 1200 Interactive Impressions and via a survey, 91% of the attendees stated that the SCANVenger Hunt™ added more fun and activity to the event. The SCANVenger Hunt™ provided lead retrieval and was integrated throughout the entire event… from registration to the trade show.
The goals of the SCANVenger Hunt™ at events such as these are to add interactivity, and to present challenges related to the sponsors to provide a deeper level of engagement between them and the attendees. Attendees were presented with QR codes in various locations including the program, and signage strategically placed throughout the showroom floor. Participants scanned the QR codes with their smart phones and answered questions that were related to the events sponsors. The prizes for the participants were a $400 gift card and two $100 gift cards.
